The insider, who is apparently close to Kendall Jenner, has opened up about her dynamic with Jacob Elordi, and they have even spoken to The National Enquirer about this. In fact, they claimed that Jenner is fully aware of where things stand. While discussing this, they said, “She knows Jacob is not ready for a serious relationship right now and she’s not going to put herself in a situation where she risks getting hurt.”

That awareness seems to be guiding Jenner’s decisions, especially in a space where blurred lines often lead to emotional fallout. However, interestingly, the dynamic isn’t one-sided in the way people might assume. The insider further added, “If you ask Jacob, he’d tell you that he’d jump at the chance to date Kendall, that she’s the one keeping it from going to the next level.” But Jenner is “a hardcore realist,” and she is choosing not to escalate things despite the possibility.

The insider also explained how there might be a deeper layer to Jenner’s approach, “It helps that she’s an avoidant herself when it comes to relationships, so in a lot of ways, she prefers what they have.” Rather than pushing for labels, Jenner clearly seems content with the fluidity.
