Chelsea Blackwell's whirlwind journey from flight attendant to viral reality TV personality has kept fans talking long after Love Is Blind season 6 aired on Netflix.
Known for her dramatic romance with Jimmy Presnell — and an infamous self-comparison to Megan Fox that blew up online — Blackwell captured the internet’s attention in a way many won’t forget.
Although her on-show engagement to Presnell didn’t end in marriage, Blackwell’s story didn’t end at the altar. In the years following the finale, she has continued to share updates about her life, including a brief post-show romance with Tim Teeter.
Offscreen, Blackwell has leaned into her platform as a content creator and wellness enthusiast, documenting her personal growth, fitness and self-care journeys with her followers on Instagram.

Blackwell became well-known after appearing as a contestant on Love Is Blind season 6, which took place in Charlotte, N.C., and premiered on Netflix in February 2024.
Inside the experiment, Blackwell formed strong emotional connections with Presnell and Trevor Sova. She ultimately accepted Presnell's proposal without seeing him face-to-face.
Their relationship became one of the season’s most talked-about storylines, particularly after Blackwell compared herself to Fox — a comment that quickly went viral.
"I did reach out to [Fox], and I was like, 'I'm so sorry I did this to you,' ” Blackwell said to Entertainment Weekly at the time.
What happened to Blackwell and Presnell?

Blackwell and Presnell split before making it to the altar. While they did reconnect after the cameras stopped rolling, their relationship after the show was complex and short-lived.
Right after the finale aired, the pair attempted to date in real life. According to Presnell in a March 2024 Entertainment Weekly interview, they continued seeing each other for a couple of weeks after filming, even going on a date on the day that was originally supposed to be their wedding day.
However, they ultimately realized their on-screen dynamic continued off-camera and it “just didn’t work.”
During a March 2024 episode of Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley & Tanya Reid, Blackwell said that Presnell is a "really good friend."
The two even had the chance to grab dinner together in December 2025, making a video together to mark the occasion.
Is Blackwell in a relationship?

As of early 2026, Blackwell isn't currently in a public romantic relationship.
In June 2025, she shared that she's single following a split from Teeter, whom she hard launched in October 2024.
“How the absolute hell do you find your spark again after walking away from the man you thought you were going to marry?” she wrote on top of a TikTok.

Blackwell has grown a sizable social media following since the show and now works as a content creator and brand partner, sharing her life on social media. However, her LinkedIn profile notes that she continues to work as a flight attendant for American Airlines.
The North Carolina native has also had a noticeable health transformation since her time on Love Is Blind, losing over 30 lbs. She told PEOPLE in April 2025 that she began struggling to maintain her usual routine and felt changes in her body after turning 30.
“Something just switched in my body where it was harder for me to keep my figure or feel good or lose weight quick,” she said. “Obviously that comes with age, so as soon as I hit 30 I was like, shoot, we're struggling over here.”
After trying “everything,” Blackwell said she started using a GLP-1 medication and eating lots of protein, fruits and veggies.
Since November 2024, she’s followed a structured wellness program that focuses on daily habits and accountability. “It's incorporating enough water, it's getting your steps in, it's making sure you're getting enough protein,” she explained, adding that because she’s on a GLP-1 medication, it’s important to be more “mindful” about protein intake.
She’s also been open about receiving a number of cosmetic treatments after the show, including specifically Sculptra and a breast augmentation.
